Your security is our top priority. We are writing to inform you that we’ve detected unusual or potentially fraudulent activity associated with some debit cards recently.
If You’ve Received a Fraud Alert:
You might receive an immediate text, call, or email from us asking to verify recent transactions. Please respond immediately to these alerts to protect your account.
If You’ve NOT Received an Alert but Suspect Fraud:
- Call Us right away: Call the customer service number on the back of your card (available 24/7) or during normal business hours at 269-965-1381.
- Cancel Your Card: We will immediately block the compromised card and issue a new one with a new number. You can also block your card in It’sMe247online banking with manage cards.
- Review Transactions: Check your recent activity for any charges you don’t recognize online as soon as you are notified.
- Report Details: Provide any suspicious transaction details (date, amount, merchant) to our fraud team. The sooner you report the better.
What We’re Doing:
We’re working diligently to identify and stop fraudulent activity. We will cancel affected cards and re-issue new ones to safeguard your funds.
Protect Yourself:
- Monitor Alerts: Sign up for transaction alerts through your It’sme247online banking.
- Guard Your PIN: Never share your Personal Identification Number (PIN) with anyone.
- Report Immediately: Report any loss or theft of your card or suspicious charges right away.
