Important Notice – Debit/Credit Cards Transactions
*Update*
Grand Trunk (BC) EFCU has been continuously working on reconciling debit and credit card transactions from January 17 to January 23, due to a power outage at our card processor. We have received the transaction files and have posted all debit and credit card transactions on February 4, 2025.
Approvals were issued for these transactions to the companies/merchants during that time frame and funds will need to be accounted for. Any accounts impacted with NSF fees resulting from the delayed postings of these transactions have been reversed. Members will receive the notification by mail.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay in posting these transactions. Please give our office a call at 1-800-524-2402 for any assistance with account balances or questions. You can also review your account on ItsMe247.
Once again, we apologize and truly appreciate your membership.

Grand Trunk (BC) EFCU is working diligently with our card processor on a temporary issue that is affecting debit and credit card transactions due to a power outage with our card processor.
We are aware that transactions are not reflecting as pending transactions or showing in account history. Members may have a higher balance than expected in their accounts. Approvals were issued for these transactions to the companies/merchants and the funds will be deducted from member accounts. Members will need to account for any transactions made that are not reflecting on their account history and deduct them manually from the available balance. We recommend keeping a watchful eye on your account through ItsMe247 online banking until these transactions post.
Payments made to any companies/merchants will post once this issue is resolved. We recommend waiting patiently for this issue to be resolved. Do not attempt to make another payment or contact the company/merchant, as they will be unable to provide assistance.
We are working alongside our processor to reconcile these transactions and post them to member accounts as quickly as possible. We will post updates as they become available. Please give our office a call at 1-800-524-2402 for any assistance with account balances or identifying transactions.
