THINGS TO KNOW FOR YOUR ATM/DEBIT CARD

~Please contact your credit union if you are going on vacation and will be using your ATM/Debit card.  Give dates and places you will be going so the card will not be blocked thinking it is fraud.
~Protect your ATM/Debit Card as if it were cash.
~Report lost or stolen cards immediately to your credit union or 1-800-236-2442 if after hours.
~Safeguard your personal identification number (PIN).  DO NOT write your pin on your card or keep it with your card.
~Don’t forget that your ATM/Debit card may allow you to access money that you have set aside to cover a check that has not yet cleared your account. Balance your account to avoid unwanted fees.
~NEVER NEVER give your number over the phone or online.

If you have any problems running a signature based transaction please try running it as a Debit using your pin number.  If you have any problems or questions with your ATM/Debit Card please call your friendly Credit Union 269-965-1381.
